Never go back to waxing or shaving! at October 10, 2011
This product arrived today, and I used it right away! After doing much research, I expected it to hurt. I only did my arms because I had just Nair-ed my legs a few days before so there was barely any hair. The first thing I did was run warm water over my arms to open up the pores. I was hesitant at first to use the epilator. After a few seconds of just looking at the epilator and hearing it, I went ahead and gave it a try. I think it stung more than it hurt. The most painful place I epilated were my underarms. I guess it's because they're thicker than the hair on my forearms. It took a few times to get all the hairs, but the results were amazing! My arms feel so smooth! I've waxed before, it was too messy and it ripped the skin off my arms. I shaved before, too. But my hair grew back so quick. I will never ever return to waxing or shaving.

GREAT! I love this, so much better than shaving. Waxing is less painful and quicker but i'd rather have this than go to a salon and pay somebody to wax me. The first time was very painful but it gets better!

Battery won't hold a charge!!! at December 26, 2010
Worked the first time I used it but never held a charge after. Even if I have it plugged into the wall it doesn't work for very long. NOT HAPPY!

I never used an epilator before but have tried waxing and couldn't deal with the mess or the salon prices. I got this primarily to deal with my bikini area and it is amazing! It wasn't nearly as painful as waxing and really took the hair off easily. I have had no ingrown hairs yet and after using this, I will NEVER wax again!
