Hey this produt is fabulous. It works great on bikini lines and underarms. The first time i tried on my bikini lines i was surprised to see the results. It was less painful compared to waxing. Its really worth buying and even saves lot of money spent on waxing.I would recommend this product to every women who spents thousands of dollars on waxing every month. Well this is what i was looking for since long and my search ends here. How about u? Its time to change from razor to epilation.

by David from WA	Review from a guy at May 4, 2010 I've bought 4 Emjoi epilators, 2 corded and 2 chargeable. I wholeheartedly agree with Kimberly's assessment. Emjoi's customer service is non-existent and horrible. The 2 corded versions wouldn't operate after a few months. Their connection with electricity was not good and they would only run if you hold them at a certain angle and even then they didn't continue beyond a few seconds. My newest chargeable unit only ran well for 2 months and then slowed down to a crawl. I can really only use it plugged in, which I don't prefer. The older chargeble one seems to run okay. I guess the newer you get the worse they run and last. Emjoi had no interest to resolve the 3 lackluster units. My last email was totally ignored. Emjoi has good epilators, if they could only last. I will never buy from them again. Their customer service stinks. If you buy from them, you are taking a gamble.
by Sandy	Initially good but motor died quickly at April 22, 2010 I bought this one thinking it was better to spend more money for a better brand. It worked fine at first, but after about 6 uses the motor began to die. It still runs but the plates go so slow it barely grabs the hair. Using an epilator is the best way to remove hair, I just don't recommend wasting your money on this particular one.
by Kimberly from USA	Very unsatisfied,Rechargeable battery wore out... at April 1, 2010 I did a lot of research before deciding to purchase this product.I have been very unhappy with it from Day 1.I tried calling Emjoi customer service but they would not allow me to reurn it even though it took THEM 30+ days to ship it to me.I have purchased other Emjoi products and liked them so I was surprised by the product and poor customer service. The rechargeable battery wore-out within 6 months and it is no longer as "speedy&effective" as it was when I first got it even though I read the directions and took all precautions to keep the battery in good condition.I rarely use it anymore and am looking for a replacement epilator made by someone other than Emjoi.I no longer trust them or their "30 day money back guarrantee". Even when I called Emjoi and told them that I had purchased one of their products on QVC I was told: "That is impossible, we do not work with QVC!" Too bad I have the product and receipt to prove it. What a bunch of liars(my apologies but they were so rude I just couldn't believe it)Anyway, I am glad to see that other people had a good experience with this product. Maybe I just got a lemon.If Emjoi would have worked with me and replaced it or taken it back and exchanged it for another Emjoi epilator, perhaps I would not be writing such a negative review.

by Michael from CT	If you're a guy, read this. at April 23, 2009 I just purchased the Emjoi Soft Caress Gold AP-10 from the Emojoi website. I received the product in 2 days and didn't pay a dime for shipping. I have a well defined body from working out and I (and girlfriend) prefer the smooth look. I usually shave my body hair but it grows back too fast and I don't like the stubble left behind. Waxing was BRUTAL and left my skin irritated and bleeding in spots. I am not super hairy but still had trouble spots and wanted to get rid of the hairs on my upper arms and mid to lower back. Hearing all of the horror stories about how painful this process was, I was very skeptical this would be my solution to a smooth body. I took a chance and spent about 60 bucks on one of these devices. As soon as I got it in the mail, I quickly read the instructions and begin the process. It says take a shower to minimize discomfort but I elected to just go for it. I could not believe how easy and it was to do. I wouldn't describe the sensation as painful but more like a tingling sensation. It was 100 times easier than waxing and left my skin super smooth. I thought maybe the device was just trimming my hair like a trimmer which was why I wasn't experiencing the severe pain I was anticipating by user reviews. Upon close examination of many hairs that fell in the sink, I could see that the root was in fact attached at the end. It took me about 20 minutes to do all the areas I wanted and it left no redness at all. I could not believe that this device exceeded my expectations. I highly highly recommend it if you want smooth skin for weeks at a time. I do not regret this purchase at all. My only regret is that I purchased it sooner!
